Creators Collab is a video production company in Charlotte, North Carolina delivering tailored solutions to brands looking to tell impactful stories and make authentic connections with multicultural audiences.
Leveraging our cultural expertise and the lived experiences of a diverse network of creative talent, Creators Collab helps brands further their influence in a way that serves the greater good and earns trust.
Creators Collab was founded by Gerard Littlejohn, a seasoned marketing and nonprofit professional who recognized Black and other diverse creators were rarely tapped for opportunities to provide their expertise to brands (often lacking cultural fluency). Creators Collab connects brands to the heart of our creators, clearing a path to culturally relevant work for organizations, while increasing exposure and economic mobility for creatives.
With our partnership with Wheelhouse Media, not only do we collaborate on storytelling projects, but we’re setting out to train and equip Black and under-represented creatives to empower their own career journeys.

Gerard Littlejohn
Founder
Gerard Littlejohn has more than 15 years of marketing executive experience across sports, Fortune 100 companies and nonprofit organizations. From leading community engagement, to working in public relations, to overseeing video production for a wide array of companies, Gerard has helped change the landscape for brands such as Lowe's, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and the Charlotte Hornets. His expertise in understanding today's social and media climate allows him to leverage Creators Collab to drive impact, while giving opportunities to minority creatives in the industry.

Chuck Peebles
Cinematographer/DP and leads our post-production. Charles formerly worked for the PGA Tour as an editor, and Elevation Church as a videographer.
Kaya Comrie
Cinematographer/DP and our lead camera operator. Kaya’s experience stretches from entertainment to sports – with projects from the Los Angeles Rams to ESPN under his belt.
Ernie Pierce
Ernie serves as a director, producer, and social/creative strategist. Ernie began a career in film after a lengthy stint with NASCAR.
